Managed IT Services for Lee County Businesses
With a front office in Fort Myers, a shop in Cape Coral and a satellite desk in Bonita Springs, managed IT services in Lee County come down to one question: does every site run the same way? NerdSquad Managed IT Services, the Managed Service Provider (MSP) we run out of Naples, makes the answer yes.
One plan, one help desk and one written standard for every location, built on our managed IT services. For help at a single office, see IT support across Lee County.
What "one standard" means in practice
Drift is the quiet problem: Site A got the new firewall, Site B still has the old router, and nobody remembers why.
Network
Same build at every door
Firewall, Wi-Fi and switch settings come from one template, so a fix rolled out at the Cape Coral shop reaches Fort Myers too.
Accounts
One identity, any desk
Staff sign in with one Microsoft 365 account and MFA wherever they sit. Moving someone between offices is a group change, not a fresh setup.
Security
No soft branch
Attackers look for the weakest location. EDR, email filtering and patching run identically everywhere, backed by cybersecurity for Lee County small businesses.
Phones
One system, many buildings
A single VoIP phone system for Lee County sites transfers calls between offices as if they shared a hallway.
Managed IT across the Lee County map
Highlighted pins mark the Lee County communities we cover. Estero has its own page on managed IT services in Estero; every pin can sit on the same multi-site plan.
Our Naples base is just south in Collier County, so a company with sites in both counties needs only one provider.
Opening, moving or closing a site
Growth here often means a new location before the last one has settled. Each change gets a checklist, so the new office starts on the standard instead of catching up to it later.
Internet ordered early, with a second connection where it earns its keep
Network gear configured before move-in day
Printers, phones and shared files working on the first morning
Closing sites wiped, licenses reclaimed and equipment recovered
Branch with nobody technical?
Most satellite offices have no IT person on site, and that's fine. Remote management covers the daily work; onsite visits are included when something needs hands.
If your main office has an IT lead, co-managed IT keeps them in charge while we cover the branches.
Bringing every location onto one plan
Assess each site
The free IT assessment runs location by location: Microsoft 365 settings, dark web check, backups and a device snapshot, ranked by risk.
Agree the baseline
We settle what every site gets, and where one genuinely needs something different.
Onboard in 30 days
Sites move onto the standard, riskiest first.
Run it as one
One help desk, one plan and one view of every site's health.
Three sites or thirteen, we'll map them and show you where they've drifted apart.
Multi-site managed IT questions
Does each Lee County location need its own plan?
No. All your sites sit on one plan with one help desk and one set of standards. We document each location separately so the details don't blur together.
Can one site keep different hours from another?
Plans differ mainly in help desk hours, from weekday business hours on Endpoint Starter to around-the-clock coverage on 360. If one shop opens weekends and another doesn't, we'll work out which plan fits.
One location uses Google Workspace and another uses Microsoft 365. Is that a problem?
Not immediately. We support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, but running both usually means two sets of accounts and policies. We'll show you what consolidating would take before recommending it.
We also have a site in Collier County. Same plan?
Yes. A Naples office or a shop on Marco Island joins the same plan and standard. See managed IT services on Marco Island.
